Implementing Climate Adaptation Strategies in the World's Most Outstanding Natural Places

This experience is an innovative effort on the comprehension of the potential benefits of a risk management approach in the Climate Change Adaptation work of WWF in Coastal and Marine Protected Areas (PA) in Colombia. It emphasis on the designing of simple 'adaptation metrics' and pretends to review the logical framework that allows and supports the effectiveness of some existing conservation and management schemes. It also pretends to contrast the conditions previous to this 'climate smart' approach, to those focused on climate risk and vulnerability assessments
