UKCIP Adaptation Wizard

Description of project

The objective of the web-based high level, generic UKCIP Adaptation Wizard is to help users gain a basic understanding of climate change, and integrate climate risks into their decision-making. The tool has been used in the UK: Gentoo Housing Association, Midcounties Cooperative, The Port of Felixtowe, and Redhill School. There are five steps in the application of the tool:

  1. Getting Started
  2. Assess vulnerability to current climate
  3. Assessing future vulnerability to climate change
  4. Identify, assess and implement adaptation options
  5. Monitor and Review
