OpenRevolution creates mobile solutions to expand access to finance, information, and services.We were founded in 2008 and have worked in over 25 countries across five continents with sovereign governments, international financial institutions, leading development organisations, and businesses in the banking, telecommunications, and financial sectors. We both advise clients on mobile innovation, as well as work with partners to evaluate market feasibility for mobile payment services and bring new products to market. Our team has extensive and diverse expertise from management consulting, financial products and operations, systems architecture and development, regulatory analysis and reform, and investment and financing.

Our team has also deployed an independent mobile payments network and developed a proprietary mCommerce platform to connect merchants and customer and bring greater efficiency to electronic payment and marketing activities. Through our customized mobile app customer interface, direct integration with merchant electronic cash register (ECR) systems, and consumer behavioral analytics, we enable traditional merchants to compete more effectively with on-line commerce. To ensure scale and adoption, OpenRevolution also designs and organizes mobile payment ecosystems and provides participating businesses with spend stimulation strategies.
