James Creek Sustainability Services provides support to businesses and governments to address climate adaptation, reduce energy consumption and meet the needs of stakeholders.
Our sustainability service offers a structured and systematic process to provide guidance about the scale, complexities and uncertainties associated with climate change related hazards, and to enhance long term decision making. The framework directs attention to aspects that will strengthen resilience in the long term from an integrated, systems perspective, by considering the synergetic performance between physical systems (infrastructures), social systems and governmental systems.
This systems framework enables us to move beyond traditional planning methods through a practical step by step process focusing on the multiple and overlapping socio-technical-ecological systems that form a city, supported by qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
