The Foundation for the Chiquitano Forest Conservation (FCBC) is a private, nonprofit organisation formed in September 1999. The mission of the Foundation is to promote the conservation and sustainable development in the Chiquitano forest in partnerships with all relevant social actors. The FCBC is recognized for its contribution to the conservation and sustainable development of tropical dry forests.
