Carol Muzyk has a 25 year professional history working in South Australia, Queensland and New South Wales. She has developed the ability to utilise her understanding of legislative frameworks to apply her skills across State borders and Local Government council boundaries.

As a result of her qualifications and broad experience in environment assessment, development assessment and strategic land use planning, Carol has been appointed to various State Government Boards Boards and Local Government Committees to provide expert advice, recommendations, and decisions determination at both a State and Local Government level.

In February 2017 Carol started her own South Australia based consultancy business – Environment & Planning Advice

As your consultant Carol can provide you with expert Environment and Planning Advice. She can help you navigate complex environmental legislation, prepare successful development applications and achieve State-significant planning approvals, as well as support you with the development of management plans, environmental strategies and post-approval compliance requirements.

The University of South Australia has engaged her over a number of years as a Course Coordinator, Sessional Lecturer and Tutor.

Recently Carol partnered with XDI Pty Ltd. The XDI Climate Adaptation System is the go to solution for companies and governments to understand the risks of climate change on their business or communities, and quantify implementable strategies to manage those risks. XDI is the only service of its kind to provide forward looking, whole of system, risk assurance based on climate change science, infrastructure engineering and advanced statistical methods.
