East Eagle Foundation is a non NGO and not-for-profit organization in Consultative Status with the United Nations (CONGO) committed to improving the quality of disabled people’s life in Africa. It was founded in June 2007 by Mr. John KADIWAKU NTONTA in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
EEF represents more than 2000 members ( organizations and individuals) concerned about the rights of people with disabilities and human rights in Africa; and together they reaffirm the importance of supporting governments, humanitarian workers and others actors to develop genuine national social policies based on the "integrated approach” that will result in actions to facilitate access people with disabilities to existing services, as well as the capacity of these services to receive and effectively address the needs of these people .
