The team consists of academics including CNRS researchers, PhD students and engineers in political science, law, science education, sociology and philosophy.
Originally oriented towards the study of the functions of the state in contemporary societies, the University Centre for Research on Public Policy and Action, Epistemology and Social Sciences now covers a wide range of research in political science and social Sciences. They range from the study of scales of public action (from local to global) and forms of politicization, through the analysis of production and social uses of knowledge and standards.
