This project seeks to develop capacity to implement pre-disaster prevention and adaptation options in order to reduce the potential adverse effects of climate change on human health in Ghana.
The project will promote active collaboration among six key stakeholder groups and aims to strengthen community based adaptation to climate-sensitive malaria, Kenya.
This work on socio-economic indices was supporting research for the larger ACCCA project managed by UNITAR, which aimed to increase capacity to adapt to climate change in Nepal.
weADAPT undertakes collaborations and projects with a number of Knowledge Partners, all designed to enrich and improve the utility of the weADAPT platform for a diverse audience of users.
