The project focuses on two measures that contribute to climate adaptation in Putalibazaar communities: a weather/climate information dissemination scheme and a community based insurance.
The aim of this project was to strengthen the capacity for climate adaptation in rural Malawi, particularly among smallholder farmers.
The project explores the links between vulnerability and adaptation to the effects of climatic change in the basins of the Sankarani and Baoulé rivers.
