Bologna is the Regional Capital and the biggst city of Emilia-Romagna. The Municipality, as a governmental authority, administer and regulate the urban community according to the national and regional law. The Municipality carries out projects which aim to increase the welfare of citizens, which regards education, social issues and environment.
