BMAAM is a Model Forest located in Chile with legal status and part of the RIABM network. It was created in 2002 in the region of Araucania (Lonquimay and Curacautín), areas of great value for conservation, preservation and sustainable management, which consider a challenge given the extreme poverty of human groups living in the area.
