Senior Policy Advisor
At IISD, I work on initiatives that increase capacity and knowledge of nature-based climate solutions (https://ncai.iisd.org/). I also have a multidisciplinary background as a researcher on inclusive approaches to protected areas management (postdoc) and on quantifying coastal ecosystem services using experimental field methods (PhD). Previously I worked as a UN consultant, leading the development of guidelines on ecosystem-based adaptation adopted by Parties to the CBD and the coordination of the Rio Conventions Pavilion to enhance synergies in implementing global agreements on land, climate and biodiversity.
