Olga Krylova

My initial background is in interpretation. I speak fluent Russian, English, German, French, some Spanish and Serbian. Since 2009, upon joining the Delegation of the European Union to Russia, I have successfully coordinated the EU-Russia relations in energy, environment, and transport and reported on Russia’s developments in these areas. My particular interests are related to the application of international environmental law, governance, environmental policy, energy sector, ecosystems, resilience, and the Arctic.
