Principal Specialist, Climate Adaptation

Michael is an international climate adaptation and resilience specialist serving as the project director for the U.S. State Department-funded Private Investment for Enhanced Resilience (PIER) program. He works with developing country-governments, research institutes, partners, and NGOs globally to design, implement, and build capacity for uptake of modern adaptation mechanisms.
