Associate Director

Michael is an international climate adaptation and resilience specialist, currently serving as the Project Director of the U.S. State Department-funded Private Investment for Enhanced Resilience (PIER) program. He works with developing country-governments, research institutions, implementing partners, and NGOs globally to design, implement, and build capacity for the uptake of modern adaptation mechanisms.
