LuÃs Silva is graduated on Mining Engineering by Lisbon’s Technical University and has post-graduation studies on Energy Policy, Planning and Economics and Business Management.
He is presently Head of the Institutional and International Affairs Department of ADENE, the Portuguese Energy Agency, and ADENE’s representative for the European (EnR) and Mediterranean (MEDENER) National Energy Agencies networks and several management bodies of Portuguese Regional and Municipal Energy Agencies.
