My vision is an emission neutral and climate resilient society & economy. As a Climate Resilience Professional I develop strategies and content for governments, public institutions and businesses to increase climate resilience and promote sustainability.
As former Climate Change Adaptation Coordinator of The City of Calgary, I led Calgary's Climate Change Adaptation Plan. Prior, I worked as Business Continuity & Recovery Planner with the Calgary Emergency Management Agency and bring over ten years of experience in client and project management with large international corporations, including IBM and Ogilvy & Mather, as well as with smaller startup companies.
For more than seven years I worked with the Geneva based International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) on three continents, where I managed large teams, designed effective organizational processes, increased team performance, and enabled staff to develop their talents in multi-dimensional environments that required adapting solutions to local cultures.
