I'm a Trinidad and Tobago national currently enrolled in the MSc. in Environmental Change and Management at the University of Oxford. My interests revolve around the roles of and relationships between energy and the environment in the context of climate change. More specifically, the usage of solar energy as a mitigation strategy is a key area of personal interest set in the broader scope of energy security and diversification. I am particularly keen in researching Caribbean energy namely looking at Trinidad and Tobago's feasibility for solar energy in the face of hydrocarbon subsidies.
