Julia Barrott

weADAPT Knowledge Manager

I manage and curate content for and support the development of the weADAPT platform, and help to foster current and new collaborations with internal and external partners (so please do get in touch if you want to know more about weADAPT!) As a researcher I am involved in research relating to SEI’s initiatives on Climate Finance and Climate Services, and the EU H2020 PLACARD project. I also assist the Capacity Development Director at SEI.

I hold a masters degree in Environmental Geoscience from Imperial College London and a DPhil in Earth Sciences (past climate reconstruction) from the University of Oxford. I joined SEI in September 2015 in order to pursue a research path relevant to sustainable development, climate change adaptation and mitigation.
