Glwadys Gbetibouo, has approximately 18 years of professional experience in climate change and climate change agriculture as an expert / adviser in environmental economics related to climate change, the impacts of change and variability, vulnerability assessment, adaptation to climate change, ecosystem based adaptation, food security, sustainable water and irrigation, climate-resilient livelihoods, integrating resilience to disasters and reducing risk.
Glwadys has extensive experience in project cycle management, project design and concept writing, development of full size project document with multilateral and/or bilateral donor agencies GEF-LDCF/SCCF programs; development of logical and analytical framework, capacity assessment; policy gaps analysis and stakeholder involvement plan. She has provided technical guidance and advisory service support to a number of developing countries for the implementation of climate change projects.
She has excellent communication and writing skills with English and French language.
Glwadys received a Ph.D. Environmental economics (2011, UP South Africa) MSc. Agricultural Economics (2004, UP South Africa) and Ingenieur Agronome degree (2000, INPHB, Yakro Cote d'Ivoire).
