Agricultural engineer, I hold a MSc degree in Agricultural Management and the Environment by the CIHEAM-IAMM and a PhD in Agricultural and Natural Resources Economics by the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM), where I worked in research for six years. I have been involved in several EU projects focused on natural resources, water and agricultural management, integrated modeling and the development of participatory tools to support decision making.
