Prior to this she worked for Oxfam Australia, based in Melbourne, as a policy adviser on climate change, leading the organisation’s campaign and advocacy work on climate change, with a particular focus on the pacific region. Prior to this, she worked with the southern Africa unit undertaking research and programming on climate change, HIV and AIDS and food security. Charlotte has undertaken research on climate change from a community-based perspective, for campaigning in Australia, as well as the development of briefing papers on international adaptation financing.  Charlotte is currently based in Melbourne, Australia.
