Ailsa McKeen

Communications Officer

Ailsa is the Communications Officer at ClimateWest in Canada. Although new to the climate and sustainability space, she brings over 15 years experience in marketing and communications to the role. Originally from the UK, Ailsa moved to Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan in 2014 and recently relocated to Treaty 1 Territory in Winnipeg, Manitoba with her family.

Ailsa has previous experience working for non-profit organizations and enjoys working in impactful roles. An organizer at heart, she has successfully managed multiple events and marketing projects which have involved developing high-level communication strategies.

Ailsa holds a Chartered Institute of Marketing Professional Diploma which she completed after obtaining her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Social Policy from the University of Warwick in the UK.
