my name is Carlos Saavedra, i`m from Bolivia, i`m an Agricultural engineer, working in Natural Resources Management and their links with water resources, basin managemente, climate change adaptation, risk disaster reduction, ecosystem approach and working with rural municipalities and commonwealths to increase the resilience of local comunities to climate changes.
