As a Visiting Researcher at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM) I am carrying out a research that explores socioeconomic, environmental, and political aspects of sustainable development with focus on Drought Management and Climate Related Risks. From 2013-2015 I have been working on several projects with UNDP, the Brazilian Government and IICA.
