Oxfam's Adaptation and Risk Reduction team provides advice and support to our country programme staff and partner organisations around the world. We aim to ensure that Oxfam has the capacity to integrate climate change adaptation and disaster risk reduction into all of our development programming. Our team of advisers provide technical advice, training, and support for country programmes on conceptual understanding, proposal development, monitoring and evaluation, and fundraising. In addition, we collaborate with country programmes to generate programme-focused learning on how to improve the integration of adaptation and risk reduction in all of our work.
