I first came to Cambodia to do community development work in 2006, planning to stay for one year. Ten years later, I am still here. During those ten years I’ve gotten married, become a father, co-directed a local non-governmental climate change adaptation/community development organization, earned a master’s degree in community development and become a vocal and active proponent of the need to mobilize humanity to meet the greatest challenge of our species existence: global climate change.
