Mulia Nurhasan

Researcher for sustainable food system. Primarily trained in fishery science, looking at fish from human consumption perspective. Currently a food and nutrition researcher at Center for International Forestry Research (CIFOR), studying the link between dietary change and forestry in Indonesia. I am also a part-time PhD candidate at University of Copenhagen, International Nutrition and Pediatrics group, doing studies on fish as nutritious food for Cambodian children. I am interested in all things food/nutrition-environment nexus.
