Summary

Climateguide.fi pools practical, studied and reliable information on climate change into one web address to support society and citizens in mitigating climate change, and in adapting to it. The website helps understand phenomena related to climate change, and in structuring information. Climateguide.fi covers different aspects of climate change: the phenomenon, the changing climate in Finland, the impacts and mitigation of climate change, as well as adaptation to climate change.

The aim is to allow anyone needing information on climate change to find it rapidly and easily. The website also aims to enable Finnish research institutions, authorities and expert organisations to make their climate change information and services more easily available to society.

Update status: The updating of contents on the platform is an on-going process – however depending on available resources. The user interface of the Climateguide.fi was upgraded in April 2022.
