Introduction
This module aims at building capacity for the development and implementation of climate risk communication strategies in the context of developing countries. It draws on lessons learned in the ACCCA project and it has been developed under the C3D+ project and weLEARN. It has been included in several trainings, working with partners in Senegal (2009), South Africa (2010), and Zambia (2010). The idea is to develop this module further to include material on measuring the effectiveness of climate risk communication in terms of social learning and behavioural change.
