weADAPT supports various multimedia, making it easy to share your videos, powerpoint presentations, online books and more.
There are multiple ways to add embedded external content to the site:
Videos
If you would like to add a video from Youtube or Vimeo, copy the URL from your browser's address bar. You can then embed the video using the shortcode...
For example, if you want to display this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wi3nCxNYBJU
Your short code will look like this:
Just type your code into the text field and the site will convert it into an embedded video. Click the "Formatting help" link for more information.
Other Embedded Content
If you would like to add a Slideshare slideshow, a Prezi, a podcast or any other non-Youtube/Vimeo content and have the 'embed code' for it (which can be accessed from any of those sites), then follow the steps below. To create a Slide share from a Powerpoint Presentation you can upload your slides at https://www.slideshare.net/ and use the embed code provided.
