How can climate finance be locally inclusive?
The Green Climate Fund is gearing up for implementation. Developed countries have agreed under the UNFCCC to mobilise $100 billion dollars of climate finance by 2020. But how can this finance be locally inclusive? Are there any lessons for the Green Climate Fund from the community-based adaptation community?
