The Swiss Cooperation Office in India is looking for an evaluator team for a review of the project Strengthening Climate Change Adaptation in Himalayas (SCA-Himalayas) in India, focusing on disaster risk management (glacial lake outburst floods, landslides, flash floods, early warning systems); water resource management (integrated water resource management, glacio-hydrologic modelling, springshed management); and cross cutting themes (capacity building, policymaking, innovation, scope for upscaling across the Himalayas).
The review is planned for Jan to March 2024.
The Team will be composed of an Indian and an international expert (total ca 54 days).
If useful, the SDC India Office shall facilitate the contact of an Indian expert.
Indicated deadline for application is 15th July 2023
